Couldn't have been more helpful when I was staying fairly local and I didn't have enough Epilepsy medication. I called 111 and one of the major pharmacies where I was staying in Bicester refused to supply an emergency supply of medication.
I called 111 back and they told me to go here to collect an emergency supply, and they were incredible!
I'd be in such a bad state now if it wasn't for them and I am so grateful.

This was always my preferred pharmacy with most staff being polite and helpful. Since the change at the pharmacy it’s become slow, medication not ready when it should be. I’ve been asked in front of others what’s your medication, like list them out in front of these people.  Would normally be a 5 star rating but I just feel let down. Needed a prescription urgently as usual online service and all pharmacies I visited were out of stock of my usual meds and I was down to a few days supply. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful, despite an admin error with the prescription barcode preventing its release. He told me who to phone and what to say and was totally patient with the whole process. Pills dispensed immediately thereafter.
